Customer Responsibility

As a reseller, you are the first and primary point of contact for your end users. You are responsible for providing customer support, handling complaints, processing refund requests from your own customers, and managing expectations regarding service quality and availability. We provide you with the tools and the panel — customer relations are your domain.

Fair Usage and Ethical Conduct

Resellers are expected to conduct business ethically. This includes honest marketing practices, transparent pricing for end users, and respectful communication with both customers and our support team. Resellers who engage in deceptive practices, issue chargebacks fraudulently, or damage the reputation of our platform will face consequences outlined in the Termination section of this document.

Multi-Level Sub-Reselling

Where our panel supports sub-reseller functionality, you may allow other individuals to resell under your account. You remain responsible for the actions of your sub-resellers. Any violations committed by a sub-reseller may result in consequences applied to your master account as well. Monitor your sub-resellers and ensure they follow these terms.

Zero Tolerance: We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to activities that threaten the security, integrity, or reputation of our platform. If you are uncertain whether a specific activity is allowed, ask us before proceeding.

12. Service Availability & Uptime

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autven (Private) Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or business interruption — arising from or related to your use of the Smart IPTV Reseller Panel, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
